REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German, both oral and written (at least C2 level). Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 1 year work experience in same or similar role is essential
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written)
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills: ability to inspire and support team, customers and colleagues
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals
