Skills Needed: The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
The candidate must be a Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist Program
The candidate must have a current Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) Licensure and a DOH license.
Preference given to applicants with management training and a graduate from a reputable Western countries e.g., UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Wales, Scotland.

The candidate must have minimum 2 years of previous supervisory experience
The candidate must have general knowledge of core laboratory sections
Must have good knowledge of Accreditation Practices (e.g. CAP, JCIA)
Evidence of continuing education.
The candidate must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Laboratory and general computer applications.

Skills Needed: 3.0 POSITION QUALIFICATION:
3.1 Educational Requirements:
3.1.1 Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technologist Program
3.1.2 Current Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) Licensure and a DOH license.
3.1.3 Preference given to applicants with management training and a graduate from a reputable Western countries e.g., UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Wales, Scotland.

3.2 Professional Experience:
3.2.1 Previous supervisory experience ( min 2 yrs)
3.2.2 General knowledge of core laboratory sections
3.2.3 Knowledge of Accreditation Practices (e.g. CAP, JCIA)
3.2.4 Evidence of continuing education.
3.2.5 Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
3.2.6 Knowledge of Laboratory and general computer applications.

Skills Needed: Training for ultrasonographers is provided by colleges and universities in two- and four-year programs. However, some ultrasonographers are able to receive training on the job or in the armed forces. Workers already employed in health care can attend one-year certification programs.

3.1.2 Current  Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) Licensure in country of citizenship or professional practice and a DOH license.
3.1.3 Post graduate training in hospital management or equivalent experience.

3.2 Professional Experience:

3.2.1 A minimum of five years management experience and preferentially with advanced training.
3.2.2 General knowledge of all laboratory sections
3.2.3 Knowledge of Accreditation Practices (e.g. CAP, JCIA)
3.2.4 Evidence of continuing education.

3.2.5 Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
3.2.6 Knowledge of laboratory and general computer applications
