Customer Service Rep, Bilingual, HelpDesk/Support, Call Center / Support
First National Bank of America is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our call center team as Customer Service Representatives
. If you enjoy helping people and communicating with others, we’d love to hear from you—no prior experience required! We provide the training you need to succeed.
In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our customers. Every day brings something new, and you’ll have the chance to build valuable skills in a fast-paced, positive environment.
What You’ll Do- Answer incoming calls and messages, helping customers with their questions
- Resolve customer requests in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up and provide exceptional service
- Create and maintain accurate customer records
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish (preferred, not required)
