Benzie County is seeking a skilled entry-to-mid Level IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to the County’s users and assist in maintaining the integrity of IT services across the County infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have an associate’s degree in IT or a related field, along with significant experience in a technical role. You will work closely with the MSSP to troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation.
