We are seeking a skilled and driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily production and supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing personnel, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety across operations.
Responsibilities- Lead, train, and develop production team members
- Ensure production meets quality, cost, and schedule targets
- Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Maintain safety standards and promote safe work practices
- Coordinate staffing, materials, and equipment to meet demand
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Coach and mentor team members and frontline leaders
- Communicate goals, expectations, and performance metrics
- 3–7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations leadership
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to manage production schedules, inventory flow, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
