About the JobWe’re looking for a hardworking Laborer to support our telecom construction crews with landscape restoration and site cleanup in Macomb, MI
. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and essential to leaving every job site clean, safe, and restored after underground utility work.
- Backfill, grade, and level areas where utilities were installed
- Reseed and restore disturbed ground
- Install erosion control materials (straw, matting, silt fence)
- Remove dirt, debris, and materials from job sites
- Operate basic hand tools and small equipment (rakes, shovels, compactors, etc.)
- Follow all safety procedures and traffic control requirements
- Assist crews with additional field tasks as needed

Requirements
What You Need- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable with physical labor and using basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Accountability for completing tasks once started
Able to work independently and with a crew
