Westmont Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet and register guests, providing exceptional customer service at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Laredo. You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining the quality of service at all times.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic math aptitude, and must be comfortable using a computer system. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior hospitality experience is a plus.
