AE - Stock Associate

Job Description

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you are an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising and a keen attention to detail. Although the Stockroom is your place, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

You represent AEO values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising.
• Maintain the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action to correct them.
• Support team members with non‑stock related tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Adhere to safety and asset protection standards and follow AEO policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, priority‑setting and time management.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role.

• Starting pay determined by experience and location.
• Eligible for paid sick leave and real rewards at the discretion of AEO.
