Part Time Merchandiser

Overview

We are looking for a Part‑time Merchandiser to work every Saturday and Sunday, starting at 6:00am and finishing when the job is done. The position pays $14.00 per hour for a total of 16 hours per weekend, earning $224 per weekend. Employees receive weekly pay every Friday, Nike-branded uniforms, and free beverages (root beer for those under 21). The role is based at our Dallas location.

• Stock and rotate fresh products in shelves, cold boxes, coolers, and beer caves.
• Maintain back‑room and inventory areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Build displays, execute signage placement, and ensure product visibility and pricing standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with service level and compliance rates for assigned accounts.
• Notify the manager of product breakage or any issues in an account.
• Travel to different retail stores and perform merchandising tasks as needed.

• Must have:
• High School Graduate or Equivalent Certificate.
• Current Valid Texas Driver License.
• We hope you have:
• Previous distribution or consumer product goods experience.
• Previous beer industry experience.
• Advanced communication skills.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Pull/push items up to 55lbs.
• Perform heavy and repetitive lifting up to 55lbs.
• Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work in noisy and crowded environments.
• Operate facility equipment and use a personal computer for communications and reporting.
• Maintain a current and valid Texas driver’s license and punctual attendance.
