Market - SS - TX - Laredo | Retail Display Installer – Technology | Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average | Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Work Monday–Friday; weekends are not required, but weekend and holiday availability is preferred for some assignments. Early morning hours may be requested.

• $16.50 per hour

• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

• Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability updated and accurate.
• Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing according to plan‑ograms and client requests.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
• Complete required forms, images, and surveys at each job site.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and team installations involving 2 or more people.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily, and make needed corrections.
• Adhere to all directives and execute tasks fully and completely.
• Engage in training and certification programs as required.

• Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
• Mandatory flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and handle/grasp objects.
• Ability to adapt to varying tasks and work environments.
• Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Previous installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ownership of an Android or Apple mobile device with ability to upload photos and data.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Strong time‑management, reporting skills, and independent decision‑making ability.
