About

The Role

Gabriela Suarez is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner across multiple businesses, properties, and personal operations.

This is not a basic administrative role. You will take ownership of systems, projects, and execution—ensuring everything runs efficiently, accurately, and without constant direction.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Manage daily priorities, tasks, and follow‑through for the CEO
  • Track, prioritize, and close out all outstanding items independently

Calendar & Communication

  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and time‑sensitive priorities
  • Serve as a central point of communication with internal and external contacts

Real Estate Portfolio

  • Oversee and organize all property documentation (residential + commercial)
  • Track:
    • Insurance policies, coverage, and renewals
    • Property taxes, HOA dues, permits, and compliance requirements
    • Rent roll and reporting
  • Source and compare insurance quotes to optimize coverage and cost
  • Maintain visibility across all properties, including out‑of‑area assets (Orlando)

Business & Legal (Valentino’s)

  • Oversee organization of licenses, permits, and inspections
  • Track renewal timelines and ensure full compliance
  • Maintain centralized, well‑structured documentation

Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate vendors, staff, and project timelines
  • Oversee travel planning and logistics
  • Support household and personal operations as needed
