** Position Overview*
* Adecco is currently partnering with a leading medical manufacturer in Largo, FL, to recruit a
** 3rd Shift Finishing Technician** . We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to support operations in the Finishing Department. In this role, you will assist in the finishing of small metal components, ensuring they meet precise surface specifications and quality standards.
** Training & Qualifications*
* Comprehensive training will be provided on all bead blasting and finishing processes. Ideal candidates will possess:
+ The ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings,
** and/or*
* + Strong capability to follow detailed written and visual work instructions, including photo references
+ Previous mechanical, manufacturing, or production experience (preferred)

Note:
Candidates may be required to train on an alternate shift for approximately 4-6 weeks._
** Additional Requirements*
* + Steel-toe safety shoes are required
+ Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

+ Ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
+ Dependability, punctuality, and a proactive approach to learning
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

** Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
