Help guests choose and enjoy healthy smoothies and retail products, delivering a friendly experience and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

• Blend delicious smoothies according to recipe tickets.
• Greet and engage guests, ensuring their nutrition and fitness goals are met.
• Prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids properly.
• Serve and take payments, ring up orders using the POS cashier system.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including store checklist tasks.
• Maintain a clean and food‑safe workspace.
• Show up on time, ready to work, and follow the company’s dress code.
• Promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Communicate positive interactions with team members and managers.

• Handle exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried, frozen products and powders, including tree nuts and dairy.
• Follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements.
• Keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
• Operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Move packages weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Position oneself to bend, reach, and scoop safely amid shifts.
• Work in walk‑in and reach‑in refrigerators with temperatures from 40°F to
  -10°F.

• Energetic and dynamic team members excited about health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to connect with guests, embodying a guest comes first attitude.
