$16 -$18 per hour based on experience + plus incentive

As a Florida-grown, family‑owned brand with 19 showrooms, we’re known for our laid‑back style and people‑first service. Our Distribution Center in Largo is the final stop before our products reach customers’ homes, and we’re looking for a Furniture Prep Quality Specialist who treats every piece as if it were headed to their own backyard.

This isn’t a behind‑the‑scenes role; it’s the last line of defense against scratches, scuffs, and surprises. You’ll be the reason our furniture arrives looking showroom‑fresh and customer‑ready.

• Inspect furniture orders with precision and care—no detail too small
• Touch up surfaces using paints, markers, and wax pencils like a finishing artist
• Scan, color‑match, and prep merchandise for delivery with showroom standards in mind
• Keep your workspace spotless, safe, and organized
• Lift and move furniture (up to 50 lbs.) as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Help streamline workflows and prevent damage before it happens.
