Join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Associate and Delivery Driver! This position is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and the automotive industry. You'll support DIY customers with their needs while also handling deliveries for our commercial clients. Prior experience in retail sales or automotive is a plus, but we're open to training motivated candidates.

• Deliver exceptional service to DIY customers both in-store and over the phone.
• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
• Provide essential DIY services such as battery installation and wiper blade replacements.
• Assist with inventory management processes, including stocking and organizing products.
• Safely deliver parts to commercial customers and assist in managing store inventory.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Basic driving skills and navigation abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and inventory management.
• Ability to perform light stocking and maintain a clean store environment.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety protocols.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license and fleet safety certification are required.
• Automotive parts experience is helpful but not mandatory.

This role involves frequent walking, standing, and the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, dealing with varying weather conditions as needed.

The job will be primarily indoors, though you may be exposed to outdoor conditions while delivering or installing products. Expect to work in settings where there's some noise, and to manage tasks that may involve handling chemicals or working near moving machinery.
