• Perform electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations, including panels, wiring, lighting, and surge protection.
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot complex problems, providing effective solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service by educating homeowners on their systems and providing professional recommendations.
• Present service options to guide customer decisions on repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes.
• Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and integrity.
• Maintain clean work areas and manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles responsibly.
• Document work accurately using Service Titan or similar software (experience preferred).

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience, including service calls.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• A customer-first approach and the ability to meet sales goals.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a dedication to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to function independently or as part of a collaborative team.
