The Human Resources Administrator supports the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and is responsible for the overall coordination of the human resources department and provides project support to the team. This position works in a highly confidential capacity, performs various duties for the department and works with leadership team members at all levels. The Human Resources Administrator schedules, organizes and creates materials for meetings, training classes and conferences. This position is highly technical creating complex PowerPoint presentations and working with multiple reporting systems, including but not limited to HRIS systems, Excel, and Visio.


* Maintains calendars/schedules for the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and various staff and committee members. Coordinates and organizes appointments and meetings. Create reports and presentations for meetings as requested. Prepares agendas and creates, compiles, and organizes materials for various meetings, training classes, conferences, or events. Creates handouts and complex PowerPoint presentations.
* Provides telephone support - screen, return, direct and respond to incoming calls and inquiries, using professional judgment in interpreting administrative procedures. Provides backup coverage for front desk reception as needed.
* Assists HR Staff with various research projects and/or special projects. Coordinates various activities with other departments to ensure timely completion.
* Organizes and maintains filing system of confidential information
* Creates and maintains reports from HRMS, Excel (using Filters, Pivot Tables, VLookups and more) and Visio for Senior Vice President of Human Resources and staff, as needed. Maintains and updates organizational charts; updates them as needed.
* Coordinates travel arrangements for Human Resources department. Files and reconciles expenses for Senior Vice President of Human Resources.


* High School or GED equivalent required.
* Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. Working knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLookups required.
* Knowledge of Human Resources and Executive level confidentiality requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, planning and analysis skills.
* Strong relationship management, organizing and customer service skills.
