Job Summary

Role A Project Manager cum Scrum Master to handle end-to-end project delivery balancing traditional project management budget risk scope with Agile facilitation sprint planning ceremonies to drive team performance and meet objectives.

  • Stakeholder Communication Management:
    Must have experience collaborating with geographically distributed cross‑functional teams and business partners across continents; experience talking to customer technology managers, business units technical teams, and senior management to define scope, multiple project delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Project Execution:
    Must have experience managing globally distributed Agile teams, defining processes, developing sustainable solutions, and long‑term strategies in alignment with cost, quality, schedule; experienced playing Scrum Master and techno‑functional PM role handling Scrum, Kanban, Agile teams, applying Agile values, principles, and practices; experienced with Agile metric dashboards reporting; proficient in conducting all Scrum ceremonies within collocated and distributed teams; project planning and execution sizing, estimation, milestone tracking, reporting to customer management;

    monitoring and tracking time, scope, risk, cost, quality, team and customer expectations management.
  • Team Management:
    Experience managing teams with diverse talents and responsibilities across the globe; ensuring goals met including customer satisfaction, security, quality, and team performance; communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing contributions.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage globally distributed teams, define processes, and aid in developing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish key delivery dates and communication schedule.
  • Gather project and related track dependencies to ensure visibility to inter‑ and intra‑program teams.
  • Work in partnership with customer SME to implement, roll out, and track correct metrics and action items.
  • Manage dependencies, blockers, and mitigate risks.
  • Engage actively with teams to optimize performance and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate all relevant Agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Facilitate planning sessions at various levels: initiative, sub‑initiative, epic, roadmap, and backlog planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to establish product launch dates and cadence calendars.
  • Facilitate smooth functioning of Agile teams by adopting Agile best practices.
  • Assess backlog readiness and collaborate with relevant teams to build portfolio‑level backlog.
  • Gather project sprint objectives and ensure visibility to enable transparency.
  • Facilitate project demos and assist with status reporting to stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 – $110,000 annually. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
