Director, Business Analytics

Location:

Las Vegas, NV

• Build and maintain models to support lead scoring, revenue forecasting, and other initiatives.
• Oversee, develop, and lead a team of analysts and engineers, including career development, mentorship and technical growth.
• Maintain relationships with Major League Baseball and other Clubs to ensure best practices (pricing, vendors, etc.).
• Lead fan, customer, partnership, and market research initiatives, including survey development, execution, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision‑making and business growth.
• Support the successful execution of internal data requests and cross‑departmental projects (e.g. commission reporting, postgame data requests, social/digital performance, attribution analysis).
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of league‑wide reporting requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5-7 years of experience in an analytics/strategy role with a live entertainment operator (sports, theater, concerts, etc.).
• Proficiency in analytics and business‑intelligence tools (SQL, Python, R, Sigma, Tableau, etc.).
• Proficiency with CRM systems and related modules (Salesforce, KORE, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Advanced proficiency in written and visual communication, with the ability to clearly communicate and synthesize complex ideas and information to diverse audiences across the organization.
• Comfortable leveraging generative AI tools to improve productivity and streamline processes.
• Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing surveys, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements for the business and fan experience.
