Assistant Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Las Vegas, NV. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, oversee team members, foster an efficient and collaborative work environment, and ensure excellent service quality. Responsibilities include supervising staff, assisting with scheduling, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing to achieving business goals. The Assistant Manager will also be expected to train and mentor team members, resolve customer inquiries, and help improve operational processes.

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
