The Warehouse Associate will be tasked to package, assemble and label products. They will work closely with the quality control department to perform a variety of tasks in support of cannabis production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for moving, stocking, receiving, and packing outbound warehouse merchandise.
- Assists in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts.
- Operates warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks. Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
- Completes daily warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, packaging, pulling, inventory, and warehouse organizational tasks.
- Unloads shipments from suppliers, verifying order accuracy.
- Able to troubleshoot and be flexible to jump between tasks based on order demands.
- Prepares the product for manufacturing and distribution.
- Inspects product for defects and verifies correct counts.
- Responsible for in-process checks and inventory adjustments.
- Loads and receives merchandise, building orders and merchandise organization.
- Interprets production schedule and ensures proper materials are in inventory and ready for use.
- Ensures and maintains appropriate packaging inventory for products.
- The individual must be able to work independently and part of a team, following instructions and completing tasks assigned by Supervisor/Lead Operator.
- Occasional use Warehouse management or ERP systems.
- Assists other employees in accomplishing company goals.
- Participates in and completes company-required training programs.
- Meets all quality standards in performing assigned tasks.
- Participates in Environmental, Health, Safety and OSHA initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by manager.

- Ensure and maintain appropriate packaging inventory for products.
- Performs work with little supervision and takes initiative when needed.
- Must be efficient and a team player.
- Must be punctual and perform tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be able to perform fast repetitive tasks at an efficient and precise level.
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP system) keyboarding skills preferred.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher‑level staff.
- Possesses a working knowledge of subject matter.
- Must be able to work in a high‑pace environment.
- Minimum 2-3+ years of warehousing experience
- Must be able to drive forklift and organize materials.
- Typically requires a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years of experience.
- Licensed stand up and sit‑down forklift experience is a plus.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
- Must be able to complete repeated twisting, grasping, reaching, turning, stooping, and lifting activities throughout shift and for prolonged periods of time.
