Automation Technician l

C&S Wholesale Grocers -  - Responsibilities:
Maintain all systems and subsystems of the automated material handling system during normal operation and perform preventative maintenance (PMs) and inspections during periodic downtime windows;
Be able to use schematic and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot autonomous robotic vehicles and other components of an advanced integrated automation system;
Ensure rapid equipment return to serviceability by performing a thorough in-depth troubleshooting on any non-functioning or faulted system, subsystem or component;
Remove and replace mechanical or electro-mechanical parts of the conveyor system such as: broken chain, belting, rollers drive motors, realigning or replacing control system sensors (photo-eyes), proximity, etc.;
Document repairs, PMs, parts usage, and time by completing work orders in a computerized maintenance data collection system (Maximo)
