Experteer Italy is seeking a leader for the Engineering & Maintenance function at a key pharmaceutical site in Latina, Italy. In this role, you will ensure maintenance excellence, capital planning, and compliance with GMP/EHS standards.
The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, 10-15 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical sector, and extensive technical knowledge of sterile manufacturing equipment. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
