We are seeking a Graduate / Assistant Structural Engineer to join our team in Launceston. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and implementation of structural engineering projects, working closely with senior engineers to develop innovative solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing calculations, producing and reviewing CAD drawings, and developing practical structural solutions in collaboration with colleagues and external partners. Conducting site visits and inspections and preparing clear technical reports and documentation. Liaising with clients, architects and contractors to support project delivery from concept through to construction.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Structural / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD,
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
