Production Operative

This role is ideal for someone with production or manufacturing experience and a safety‑first approach, although training will be provided.

Job Type: Full Time, Contractual – 3 months initially with potential for extension

Pay:
Basic Rate: £16.41 per hour

Shifts:

37 hours per week

Weekday nights 10pm‑6am Mon‑Thu, 4pm‑9pm Fri. Start: ASAP (subject to interview and onboarding checks)

• Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing/production environment
• Follow Standard Safe Operating Procedures (SSOW) and UK Health and Safety legislation
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery

• Driving licence and access to a car
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety legislation and SSOW

• Paid holiday of 32 days per annum including Bank Holidays
