Drive citizen engagement as a 311 Service Agent with the City of Laval.
This role offers an opportunity to interact directly with citizens, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
You will perform tasks involving the analysis and processing of requests made by citizens to the Citizen Relations Division. This position is primarily in-person, supporting community members throughout their interactions. Excellent language skills in both French and English are required, along with strong customer service experience to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process inquiries from citizens in multiple formats
• Follow up diligently on comments, complaints, and suggestions
• Utilize bilingual communication skills effectively
• Work collaboratively with various departments
• Maintain composure while managing citizen interactions
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma required
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Fluency in both French and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to participate in in-person training sessions
