ResponsibilitiesSupporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and responds to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner.
Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.
You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards.
RequirementsThis Account Manager role needs an organized individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong presence in the sector, capable of continuing to be the first choice when it comes to delivering consistent cost savings and increased efficiency.
Good communication skills, a strong understanding of print, passion for customer service, ability to work with high efficiency, respond to queries in a timely manner, and verify SLA fulfilment are essential.
