Position: Magi-Prix Variety Store Manager Opportunity
Magi-Prix is seeking a full-time Variety Store Manager to oversee the operations and staff at our retail location. Engage directly with customer needs while managing store performance.

In this permanent position, you will manage daily operations, develop marketing strategies, and supervise staff.

Your role includes evaluating market research to ensure competitive offerings and effective pricing policies. You'll also be involved in budgeting and monitoring revenues while addressing any operational challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and direct daily store operations

• Study market trends for consumer demand insights

• Manage staff recruitment and performance reviews

• Implement pricing policies and marketing strategies

• Oversee preparation and management of budgets

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of retail management experience

• Must be on-site at Magi-Prix location

• Permanent resident or temporary work permit holder in Canada

• Effective in resolving customer challenges

• Proficient in staff supervision and budget management
