• Pay: $20.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay

Note: Office is located in Attleboro Falls, MA. You do not need to report to office daily.

• Shift: Days, Monday - Friday
• Start Times:
  Must be available between 6:00 am – 7:00 am
• End Times: 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm
• Optional overtime
• All year round work

Travel requirement:
Traveling up to a 45 miles radius in your own personal vehicle

• Must have a valid driver s license
• Must have 6 months of experience in custodial or janitorial work
• Construction cleaning experience is preferred

• Travel within 45 miles radius in your own vehicle
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds; stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking/standing, and climbing ladders as needed
• Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries (hard hats, safety glasses, safety vest)
• Site cleanup
• Debris removal
• Perform rough and final cleanings post-construction
• Wipe down ceilings, fixtures, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and other fixtures
• Detailed sweeping, mopping, scraping, and vacuuming
• Window washing
• Apartment unit final cleaning
• Utilizing floor machines, floor waxing, and buffing
• Other duties as assigned
