House Cleaner

Overview

We offer a full‑time housekeeping role that provides training, a flexible schedule, and the ability to control your earnings. There are no overnight or weekend shifts, and you will receive a competitive hourly wage.

The pay range is $16.00 to $24.00 per hour. Team leaders with a valid driver’s license can earn over $850.00 per week and drive a company car. Bonuses and tips are additional opportunities to increase earnings.

• Clean customers’ homes according to company standards
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner
• Follow the proven cleaning process to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely (for team leaders)
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is stocked with supplies (for team leaders)

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Completed background check
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, overhead work)
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Bilingual preferred; must communicate with clients
• Valid driver’s license (required for team leaders)
