!

We are currently hiring for multiple positions
, with training to take place at our Columbia, TN site. Team members will then transition to the new Lawrenceburg location once it opens.

This position is a full-time, permanent clinical onsite position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Lawrenceburg, TN.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Remove and apply casts and other appliances as required.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Stock and maintain cast room and workspace.
• Triage cast patients with problems in absence of physician, if necessary.
• Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies
• Clean and sanitize exam rooms in between patient visits
• Basic tasks such as removing sutures and applying bandages
• Measure and apply patients with durable medical equipment (DMEs)
• Provide patient education and review home exercise programs

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
