Maintenance Technician responsibilities include completing service requests and preparing homes for new move-ins, delivering world class customer service, and addressing a variety of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Live within 20 miles of the property for on-call rotation requirements.
• EPA Type II Certification Preferred but not required
• Ability to install backsplash tile a plus
• Drywall experience

• On-Call Bonus of $200 for every week of on-call
