Applicants must be fingerprinted through the State Board for Educator Certification as part of a national criminal background check. A fee of up to $49.00 will be charged for fingerprinting. Leander

ISD will require all private lesson instructors to pay a cost of $50.20, and marching tech staff must incur a cost of $50.20.

Provide private voice or instrument lessons to LISD middle school and high school students. Instructors will be allowed to hold private lessons on LISD campuses. Instructors will be responsible for billing parents directly for services.

Provide teaching assistance to the band staff throughout the marching season within LISD high school marching band programs. Instructors will give individual and small group field instruction to students from July through November. Attendance at marching contests and football games is at the discretion of the Directors or Bands. Leander
