Responsibilities:
* Perform password resets and assist users with login issues
* Roll out PCs and build machines as needed
* Provide basic Active Directory support
* Offer Tier 1 support and troubleshoot technical issues
* Utilize a ticketing system to manage and resolve support requests
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels to ensure issues are resolved promptly
* Ask questions to diagnose problems and provide appropriate solutions
* Experience with password resets and user login support
* Proficiency in rolling out PCs and building machines
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory
* Previous experience in a Tier 1 support role
* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ask the right questions
* Familiarity with ticketing systems
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
* Availability to work onsite 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications in relevant IT fields
* Previous experience in a similar role
