Technical Support Specialist

Location:

Leeds (Office-Based). Pay: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus.

Hours:

Monday-Friday | 39-hour week.

SFR Recruitment Solutions is working with a growing and ambitious business looking to strengthen its technical team. If you have a background in CCTV, access control, gate automation or security systems, this could be a great move.

You will be the go-to person for customers needing support with:

• Technical support
• Product advice
• Troubleshooting assistance

You will work closely with installers, fabricators, and contractors, helping them solve problems, configure systems, and get the best from a wide range of products.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you will build strong relationships and become a true product specialist.

• Experience in CCTV, access control, gate automation, or security systems.
• Background in installation, commissioning, technical support or engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Confident communicator who can explain technical solutions clearly.
