As part of their continued growth, they are hiring for a Junior Analytics Consultant to join their Leeds-based team.
RoleThis is a hands‑on role with real visibility. You’ll work closely with their internal analytics teams, as well as external partners, turning complex technical challenges into clear, business‑aligned data solutions.
They're more interested in your mindset than a long list of technical qualifications.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for data, insights & reporting—especially within the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem.
You’ll be working closely with clients, helping them make sense of their data through clear, insightful dashboards and reports. They'll support your growth every step of the way, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to gain your PL‑300 accreditation.
What They’re Looking For- Personality matters: confident, communicative, and great at building relationships. You’ll be a key point of contact with clients.
- 1-2 years experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Qlik, or Pyramid (Power BI is the main tool).
- Analytical thinker who enjoys turning data into stories and insights that make a difference.
- Team player who loves collaborating with both clients and colleagues.
- Motivated and solutions‑driven, always looking to solve problems in practical ways.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive, delivery‑focused approach.
- Minimum 3 days per week at the Leeds City Centre offices.
- Modern tooling:
Work with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure. - Continuous development:
Ongoing training and support with accreditations and qualifications paid for. - Competitive salary: £30,000‑£40,000 DOE.
