Working Site Foreman – Central Leeds

Location: Leeds, LS1

Pay Rate: £255 per day

Duration: 15 weeks

Start Date: Monday 8th June

Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands‑on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines

Required Certifications

SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
First Aid (3‑day) - essential
Asbestos Awareness - advantageous
Manual Handling - advantageous

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone with proven experience in:

Structural alterations
Restoration projects
Masonry
Structural steel installation

A strong communicator with the ability to lead by example will thrive in this role.
