Med Surg Registered Nurse

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Med Surg Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults with a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. In this role, you will use your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and strong assessment skills to deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses, and collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, and support staff to coordinate care across the continuum.

You will also provide patient and family education on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and discharge plans, promoting self-management and a safe transition of care.
