Accounts Payable​/Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable/Collection Specialist with positive energy, problem solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a hunger for growth.

• Setting up new vendors
• Reconciling monthly receivables
• Tracking and researching outstanding claims
• Collections on outstanding invoices
• Processing timely vendor payable check runs

• Collect outstanding receivables
• Customer account reconciliation
• Obtain and track credit memos to ensure they are correct and processed in a timely manner
• Track and research outstanding claims
• Process on-time payments to vendors
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Balance 1099s

• Minimum of 4-6 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong background in collections
• Quick Books experience
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to overcome challenges while staying positive, friendly, and helpful
• High school or college graduate, willing to learn
