We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up, big-box retail projects across the Southeast. This is an urgent hire for high-priority projects breaking ground immediately.

• Total Package: $90,000 - $135,000 including travel allowance and expenses.

• Strong background managing big-box retail builds.
• Direct hands‑on experience with tilt‑wall projects.
• Ability to travel to project sites across the Southeast region.

• Manage all daily on‑site operations and subcontractor schedules.
• Enforce strict OSHA safety standards across the job site.
• Inspect work daily to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.

• Must be willing to travel.
