Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time Staff Accountant to join our team at our Lehi, UT office. In this on‑site role, the Staff Accountant will oversee day‑to‑day financial activities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, managing accounts receivable/payable, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves working closely with teams to analyze financial data and support decision‑making processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare or non‑profit sector is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team setting
