Responsibilities- Email communication to customers.
- Use defined programs to assist customers with requested items (e.g., invoices).
- Prepare statements for customers.
- Make outgoing calls regarding outstanding balances.
- Professionally handle incoming phone calls.
- Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy.
- Education:
High School Diploma. - 1-2 years of collection/Accounts Receivable experience.
- 1+ year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication.
