About the Role
The Appointment Setter will conduct outbound outreach to property and business owners to generate qualified appointments for the sales team. The role is primarily phone‑based using an auto‑dialer system and is supported by follow‑up email communication. Your responsibilities include engaging with decision‑makers, navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and maintaining a professional tone while driving performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling & Prospecting
- Conduct high‑volume outbound calls using an auto‑dialer system to contact property and business owners
- Engage prospects in conversations حول potential sale or succession planning opportunities
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
Appointment Setting
- Qualify leads based on interest and fit
- Schedule appointments with the client’s team using tools such as Calendly
- Ensure all meetings are set with accurate and complete information
Email Outreach & Follow‑ups
- Send follow‑up emails to prospects as part of a multi‑touch outreach strategy
- Respond to inbound email replies and convert them into scheduled calls
- Maintain consistent communication across phone and email channels
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Track all outreach activities, calls, and follow‑ups in the system
- Maintain organized records of contacted prospects and next steps
- Manage follow‑up schedules to ensure no opportunities are missed
Must
- Advanced English proficiency with strong speaking and comprehension skills
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales
- Experience in real estate, especially commercial real estate
- Background working with high‑ticket sales or B2B outreach
- Experience handling objections and navigating gatekeepers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or auto‑dialer tools

Job details:
Full‑time position.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST. Salary: $7‑$9 per hour plus commission based on performance. Target start date: ASAP.
