A Daytime Hours Kitchen Manager job in St Albans, paying a salary of up to £32,000 is available for a Garden Centre Café/ Restaurant. You will be overseeing a small kitchen team of 2 people, with this position being predominantly hands-on running of the kitchen service each day.

As this is one of the smallest Cafe/ Restaurants in the group, we would welcome CV's of candidates who have worked at Sous Chef level or higher.

  : £30,000 - £32,000 (equivalent of £14.42 - £15.38 per hour).
• Hours
  : 40 hours per week.
• Shifts
  :
  Generally between 7:45am and 5pm, with no split shifts; straight shifts only.
• Work-Life Balance

  Usually only required to work alternative weekends

  Based in a lovely Garden Centre Restaurant overseeing a small Kitchen team.

• Experience at Sous Chef, Kitchen Team Leader or higher level.
• Experience of handling stocks, health & safety and running shifts in a kitchen.
