We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

• Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including all vehicles and equipment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and expenses.
• Manage a team of drivers and mechanics, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Monitor fuel usage and implement strategies to reduce fuel consumption.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and budget to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management.
• Knowledge of transportation laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficient in using fleet management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Valid driver's license.
