We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a major civils package on the Sizewell C nuclear new build project. This is a key supervisory role overseeing groundworks gangs on a high-compliance, safety‑critical site.

• Supervise and coordinate groundworks gangs delivering drainage, ducting, concrete, earthworks and associated civils.
• Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures.
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and task supervision.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and programme targets.
• Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site compliance.

Requirements:

• CSCS Gold Supervisor Card.
• SSSTS.
• CITB HSE Supervisor (SupS).
• Proven experience supervising groundworks gangs on large civil or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and permit‑controlled environments.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site.
• Previous experience on major infrastructure or energy projects.
• Familiarity with strict compliance and reporting standards.
• Evidence of right to work in the UK.
