What You'll Do:
  • Drive Consumer Engagement: Manage a consistent flow of inbound and outbound calls, guiding conversations to help individuals establish a path toward financial stability.
  • Problem Solve: Investigate account details and work with consumers to resolve discrepancies or disputes.
  • Master Multi‑System Navigation: Toggle between various software platforms and screens to provide real‑time updates and efficient service.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all communications and account activities across multiple digital channels.
  • Collaborate for Success: Contribute to a dynamic call center culture by joining a team constantly finding new ways to help consumers achieve financial stability.

Qualifications &

Experience:

  • Needed: High school diploma or GED, and a high sense of ownership, resilience, and dependability.
  • Preferred: Experience in 3rd-party collections.
  • Encouraged to Apply: Candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service or Sales who are looking to transition their skills.

$20 - $20 an hour

Onsite Work & Physical Requirements
