Job Skills / Requirements LACOSTA is looking for a Floor Technician to join our team in Lenexa, KS!

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40hrs/week
* Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
* OVERTIME REQUIRED for the first few weekends during busy season! Pay Rate:
Paid weekly (every Friday) * $16.50/hr

Job Duties:

Maintaining an outstanding appearance to the entire site by completing floor care and janitorial tasks. Floor techs must keep all floors looking pristine throughout the facility.
* Floor Care *

Stripping
* Buffing
* Waxing
* Sweeping/Mopping
* Vacuuming
* Carpet spot removal
* General Cleaning *

• Restroom cleaning
  * Office/breakroom/warehouse cleaning
  * Any additional requested cleaning
  * Stocking supply rooms
  * Special cleaning tasks Requirements:
  * Pass background check and drug screening
  * Must have previous floor care experience
  * Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  
  * Physical requirements:
  
  walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 50lbs independently.
  * Must wear LACOSTA provided uniform and PPE, as well as your own steel-toed shoes/boots while working.
