Pay: $18.50/hour (weekly pay)

Location: On‑site in Lenexa, KS

Schedule (Monday–Friday):

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

No prior assembly experience? No problem‑we provide training. If you're dependable, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, you'll fit right in.

• Assemble automotive components and parts
• Operate production equipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Move materials across the production floor
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Work alongside your team to meet daily production goals

• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus‑but not required
