What You'll Do- Build genuine relationships with patients and families
- Create a warm, welcoming, high-end experience from start to finish
- Help patients select frames that fit their lifestyle, personality, and needs
- Educate patients on lens options and technology in a clear, confident way
- Deliver a concierge-level service experience that earns long-term trust
- Style and merchandise our optical showroom
- Ensure every patient interaction feels organized, thoughtful, and personalized
- Coordinate orders and maintain accuracy with patient information
- Become knowledgeable in premium eyewear brands, lens technology, and optical styling

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, customer experience, healthcare service, or consultative sales environments strongly valued
- Experience working with affluent or high-expectation clientele preferred
- Optical or eyewear experience is a plus, but not required
- Naturally relational and people-focused
